National Customer Service Week (October 5-9, 2015)

In 1992 the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event.  Customer Service Week is celebrated annually during the first full week in October to recognize the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers. This year Customer Service Week is celebrated October 5 - 9.

Customer Service Week provides a unique opportunity for service and support professionals to be celebrated for the valuable role they play in every organization.

This week is a special opportunity for TRL and library patrons to thank our “everyday heroes,” the staff in the 27 Timberland libraries and the Administrative Service Center, for their commitment to teamwork  each and every day and to delivering exceptional service to the public.
