TRL Mobile Apps

There are several apps and sites to help you tap the resources of the library through your smartphone or mobile device.

OverDrive Mobile


OverDrive - TRL provides a collection of ebooks, downloadable audiobooks and streaming videos through the OverDrive platform. Libby is the newest app from OverDrive. To download the Libby App, visit or your device’s app store (search for “Libby OverDrive”). Libby has some improvements over the standard OverDrive app, but videos are not accessible. The standard OverDrive App can be downloaded from or from your device's app store.

BookMyne Mobile Catalog for iPhones, iPods and iPads and for Android devices. Get mobile access to TRL's catalog. You can check due dates, place a hold, renew a book - almost anything you can do online, you can do on your device. You can even get alerts when books are due or holds become available. If you see a book you like at a friend's house or a bookstore, scan the barcode and see if the library has it.



TumbleBooks for iOS and for Android devices. Animated, talking picture books; puzzles and games; videos.

ReferenceUSA for iPad - This app works on iPads. It does not work on other mobile Apple devices.



Pronunciator - A fun and free way to learn any of 80 languages with self-directed lessons, live teachers, movies, music, and more. The Pronunciator App can be downloaded from or from your device's app store.
