Expanded Access Hours

The Expanded Access Hours (EAH) program offers registered patrons access to the library in addition to staffed operating hours.

Who is eligible for EAH?

  • Patrons who are 18 years or older and,
  • Possess a valid/active TRL library card
  • Have read the Patron Agreement Form, and
  • Have agreed to the EAH terms & conditions.

Ask staff at the Elma Timberland Library about signing up.

About the Library:

The Elma library became part of the Timberland library district in 1969.  In September 1992, Elma residents approved a $650,000 bond issue for a new library.  The bond, grants, and community fund-raising financed a 6,000 square foot library which opened June 1994.
