About the South Bend Library:

The South Bend Timberland Library will be closed beginning Wednesday, August 29 due to operational issues in the facility. The outside book drop will continue to be checked daily and items that remain on hold will be moved to the nearby Raymond Timberland Library for pick up. More information will be posted as it is known.

The South Bend Library is a Carnegie library which was built in 1913.  The residents of South Bend voted to annex to Timberland for library services in 2003.
